Students display respect, empathy and service tidying our Memorial Garden

Today, 16th November, marks the birthday of Kameron Bourne, a St Peter's Academy student who sadly passed away in April 2013. The Academy has a memorial garden on the grounds dedicated to the memory of Kameron with flowers, plants and benches.

Two year 9 students Zarah Sharaz and Olivia Burns offered their help in trimming bushes, weeding flower beds, polishing plaques and tidying the garden in preparation for a visit from Kameron's Mum. The girls showed a great deal of respect, empathy and service today. They made the Academy proud. Well done girls!
