Extra- curricular activities

We do not believe that learning stops at the classroom door or at the end of the day.

There is a wide range of enrichment activities for students and the wider community, which we hope fosters a passion for life and learning.

Whether in sport, music or the performing arts, students have the opportunity to participate at the highest levels, including at county, national and international standards. In particular, the Academy is aiming to establish a national reputation for sporting excellence.

Every student is given additional responsibilities in the Academy, from prefects to mentors, from sports leaders to being Academy ambassadors and organising clubs, all students have the opportunity to develop their own leadership skills.
